small. We recommend you start with a mat. Yes,
a simple mat will help you get started with your
exercises, avoiding potentially painful back
injuries. You may also want to get a small set of
barbells, a jump rope, and when you're ready to move on to
bigger, and better things, you can start looking at
professional bodybuilding equipment.
