Is bodybuilding the same
as physical fitness?
| No. Physical fitness does not require you
to build rippling muscles. You can be physically fit
by just doing simple exercises each day for about twenty
minutes. Bodybuilding is as the name implies, the
building of muscles on your body. Those of us who
have chosen this lifestyle have done it for personal
reasons, not because it is the only way to be physically
fit. |
